FightBridgeED, LLC, UCLA: Prehospital Care Research Forum (PCRF), and ESO are proud to announce that we will be holding the first Research Academy at The FlightBridgeED Air & Surface Transport Symposium 2020 (FAST20). The Research Academy is powered and supported by Life Link III, with its support, infrastructure, and financial gifts. This academy will involve an intensive 2-day pre-conference workshop at FAST20 along with continued education throughout the year on how to analyze research, pick a project, and write an abstract. By FAST21, you will have a completed project to present to the attendees of the FAST21 conference. This course will be limited in size due to the intensity and nature of the projects. When you leave FAST20, you will have an idea of your project, with data supplied by ESO to complete your research. Education will continue on The FlightBridgeED University LMS platform throughout the year, with mentorship and training to help with your project. The goals of the Research Academy are understanding research, how to apply it, and the completion of a research article for submission to a peer-reviewed journal. We are excited to start this adventure with our colleagues in the advancement of evidence-based medicine. Please don’t hesitate to sign up as spots will go fast. Instructors & mentors: Scott Bourn, David Page, David Olvera, Jeff Jarvis, Lawrence Brown, Tony Fernandez, and Remle Crowe!

Prolific: The Educators Atlas

Engage Your Audience: It's getting harder and harder to maintain the attention of your audience. The solution is an analytical understanding of cognitive deviation. We believe there is a lot we can learn from the world of marketing when it comes to the way we educate! You are asking the audience to invest.. their time. Elevate Your Career: I am constantly hearing that EMS is a dead-end career, this has not been an issue for me. I believe this is largely due to our early adoption of education and speaking. Take your career to the next level and become a voice for your profession. Open Up New Opportunities: The opportunities and networking are endless when you develop a reputation as an engaging and effective speaker. Create and begin to view yourself as a brand.
