All items which must be shipped from FlightBridgeED to you (the customer) are considered physical merchandise. These include, but are not limited to items such as books, t-shirt, and (etc.). All physical items are sold "as is" with no expressed returns accepted. For defects in tangible craftsmanship, please contact us for a replacement item.
All digital sales are final at the time of purchase, and no refunds will be made for any digital purchase.
In-person (Live) Events, and Courses
You may cancel your event/course registration at any time via our online self-service interface, or by contacting customer support. The refund eligibility period ends 30 days from the start date of the event. After this 30 day deadline, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund in whole, or in part due to customer-initiated cancellation. You may at anytime before 24 hours from the start of an event, request to reschedule and attend a course at another location (depending on availability) by contacting customer support.
Refund Initiation and Negotiation with Financial Institution Policies
FlightBridgeED initiates all eligible refunds immediately upon receiving your request. Please be aware that some financial institutions may take up to 4 weeks to credit your account fully. For legal, and privacy reasons FlightBridgeED cannot contact your financial institution on your behalf for any reason.
